Range of courses
and LMS integration
GPSLIFE Academy
We offer our e-learning courses on our professional learning platform so that you do not need your own learning management system and we can still cater to your individual needs. Optionally, statistical evaluations can be used to analyse the learning progress of all employees in order to plan effective further learning and integration measures.
- Dashboards for user and learning progress management
- Anonymised test evaluation
- Platform languages German and English
- Compatible with all common devices
Enterprise LMS
The enterprise implementation of our e-learning courses is suitable for all companies that operate their own learning management system. The course is provided entirely in your LMS, so there is no need for learners to register externally. This means you can fully integrate the courses into your internal training processes and still use them without restriction, including the interactive exercises and 3D visualisations.
- Fully integrated into own LMS
- No external registration necessary
- Own user and training management
- Use of all course media and exercises
Courses
Course suitable for people who:
ISO GPS basic course
The ISO GPS basic course is aimed at people who do not define tolerances or create measurement programmes themselves, but who come into contact with the symbols and rules of the ISO GPS system.
The basic course includes multimedia content and numerous interactive exercises and concludes with a final test.
Fundamental course - Tolerancing with ISO GPS
The course is primarily aimed at anyone who actively defines ISO GPS tolerances. In this course, you will familiarise yourself with the comprehensive toolbox and the associated rules of the ISO GPS system so that you can apply them with confidence.
Completion of the basic course includes multimedia content as well as numerous interactive exercises within the learning modules and is concluded with a final test for each module.
Fundamental course - Interpreting ISO GPS tolerance
The "Interpreting ISO GPS tolerancing" course is aimed at employees who have to read and interpret technical product specifications containing ISO GPS symbols and definitions and ultimately derive measures and specifications from them. The course is therefore the appropriate counterpart to the basic course "Tolerancing with ISO GPS".
ISO GPS for trainees
The course teaches the basic content of the ISO GPS system in a way that is understandable and practical for trainees. Key terms and correlations are developed step by step and explained clearly so that a sound basic understanding of geometric tolerances is gained.
The focus is on the clear interpretation of technical drawings and on understanding typical training and examination requirements. Complex content is simplified and reduced to the essentials without neglecting technical correctness.
Practical examples, visual representations and interactive elements support the learning process and make it easier to transfer to everyday working life. In addition, typical sources of error are pointed out and specific tips for dealing with technical drawings and measuring tasks are given.
Specialisation module: General tolerances on plastic moulded parts
In this course, you will learn the contents of ISO 20457 and ISO 10579 and apply them specifically to the tolerancing of moulded plastic parts. You will derive general tolerances for plastic moulded parts, define reference points and understand the application of tool-based and non-tool-based definitions. You will also determine tolerance groups in accordance with ISO 20457, use the modifier Ⓕ correctly and learn about plastic-specific acceptance conditions and a systematic approach to tolerancing in a practical way.
Specialisation module: Methodical tolerancing
The course provides a structured method with which components can be fully and systematically toleranced. In a clear step-by-step guide, central questions are explained and specific solutions are shown. Building on the basic course, it is shown how to methodically apply the content learnt.
The method can be applied to both technical drawings and 3D models and is therefore ideal as preparation for tolerancing in model-based development.
Practical examples and analyses of typical errors and risks support the targeted application of the method. In addition, specific practical tips are provided, for example for the efficient handling of drawing and model layers.
