Understanding the language of the specification.
With the new e-learning course "Interpreting ISO GPS tolerancing", we are expanding our course portfolio and focussing on those who work with ISO GPS product specifications without creating them themselves.
Our aim is to support not only designers and product developers but also specialised departments such as technology/production, quality assurance and supplier management in the application of the ISO GPS system. Because only when everyone involved speaks and understands the same technical language can the consistent application of ISO GPS in the company succeed.
The new course is therefore aimed at anyone who has to read, interpret and derive actions from drawings with ISO GPS symbols and definitions. The focus is clearly on the role of the specification reader: exercises, examples and interactive elements are designed to successfully interpret the meaning of the drawing information. There is also a large module on the application of measurement technology, which also demonstrates production-related measurements using manual measuring equipment.
Together with our ISO GPS basic course and the basic course "Tolerancing with ISO GPS" for specification definers, we thus offer a consistent course set that serves as a foundation for company-wide, application-orientated ISO GPS integration.
Of course, the new course is available in German and English and can be integrated into both our Academy and the Enterprise model.
